How to Redeem Rewards^{^}:

1. Spend designated amount with your China Industrial Bank Mastercard Credit Card# at K11 MUSEA.
2. Download the ‘K11 HK’ App and register as a KLUB 11 Member.
3. Present your China Industrial Bank Mastercard^#, eligible receipts, and the corresponding payment slip at Koncierge, G/F from 10AM – 10PM to redeem the reward.

• Each Member must also first register as a K Dollar Program HK Member, and bind their KLUB 11 HK Membership with their corresponding K Dollar Program HK account to redeem the Reward. Use of K Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of KLUB 11 Loyalty Programme and K Dollar Program.
• The respective reward can only be redeemed on the day of Eligible Transaction and can only be redeemed once on the same day. Quota is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
